1. Service Description

EchoFit is an AI-powered training intelligence platform that allows you to log workouts by voice and provides analytics, insights, and coaching recommendations.

2. Account Registration

You may use EchoFit without an account (local-only mode). To enable cloud sync and cross-device access, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the application's algorithms or intelligence engines
Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns
Share your account credentials with others
Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

4. Intellectual Property

EchoFit's software, algorithms, intelligence engines, user interface designs, and branding are the exclusive property of EchoFit and its creator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of your workout data. We do not claim any rights to your personal training information.

5. Subscription Tiers

EchoFit offers free and paid subscription tiers:

Free: Core voice logging, basic analytics, limited AI features
Pro ($9.99/mo): Unlimited history, AI Coach, Brain Dump, advanced analytics
Elite ($19.99/mo): Everything in Pro, plus priority AI, custom programs, social sharing, API access

Subscription pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

EchoFit uses artificial intelligence to provide training insights, coaching advice, and workout analysis. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting or modifying an exercise program.

7. Data Export

You may export your raw workout data at any time. Computed analytics (1RM calculations, volume trends, Digital Twin scores, AI-generated insights) are derived products of our proprietary algorithms and are not included in data exports.

8. Limitation of Liability

EchoFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on AI-generated recommendations. Use the service at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of EchoFit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EchoFit operates.
